Starting Jiu Jitsu can be very daunting, but the team at Broz has taken all the stressors out of signing up and starting your journey to better yourself! Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) improves your fitness, mental health & confidence and in 8 weeks we will have you feeling better than ever and ready to jump into regular classes to continue your journey.


When you train BJJ at Broz you don’t only get fit, have fun and learn valuable martial arts skills but you make great friends and become apart of a larger community.
This is a beginners course. There is no dumb questions, nobody is too unfit or uncoordinated, everybody is welcome. We strongly believe that Jiu Jitsu is a sport for everybody!
You will learn real skills whilst getting fitter and stronger every lesson. As well as the physical benefits, Jiu Jitsu makes you more confident, happier and healthier! You won’t see any frowns on our mats.
