When you train BJJ at Broz you don’t only get fit, have fun and learn valuable martial arts skills but you make great friends and become apart of a larger community.
Not feeling fit for class? That’s the point! Get in and get the work done – there’s no required level of fitness to get started.
All you need to bring for your first class is a water bottle, just wear tight-fitting athletic clothing you can move around in. Later down the track you will need to purchase a Gi which is traditionally worn in BJJ.

With experienced coaches, the Broz Martial Arts team is dedicated to providing you an encouraging and safe place to learn martial arts whilst getting fit and enjoying your training.
A typical BJJ class looks like this;
Warm up – 15 minutes
Learn a specific technique – 15-30 minutes
Positional sparring – 15 minutes
Open sparring – 15 minutes
All you need to get started are; workout clothes (without pockets & not baggy) and a water bottle!
