Learn in a safe environment in female only classes from expert instructors with decades of experience in BJJ and self-defence techniques. Learn vital skills for self defence whilst getting healthy & fit whilst having fun. Come down to Broz Martial Arts for a free trial and meet our women’s class!

How Often?

Women’s classes run every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30pm – 6:30pm. Attending these two classes each week are enough to get fit and learn great skills!

Motivation

Not feeling fit for class? That’s the point! Get in and get the work done – there’s no required level of fitness to get started.

Tired of Lifting Weights?

With experienced coaches, the Broz Martial Arts team is dedicated to providing you an encouraging and safe place to learn martial arts whilst getting fit and enjoying your training.

A typical BJJ class looks like this;

Warm up – 15 minutes
Learn a specific technique – 15-30 minutes
Positional sparring – 15 minutes
Open sparring – 15 minutes

All you need to get started are; workout clothes (without pockets & not baggy),
boxing gloves (optional) and a water bottle!
